A little note about the packages: Arachnoid Cyst Awareness sends out welcome packages when you register at http://arachnoidcystawareness.com . If you sign up you get an ACA ribbon, a unique membership card, pamphlet and other goodies.
The first 20 people who signed up got free t-shirts, and while we wish we could send everyone a free t-shirt, it is unfortunately too expensive at this time. I am happy to say they were a huge success and it is definitely something we will do again in the future once we receive enough donations.
We mail the welcome packages from England, not the USA, so please be aware that they will not arrive overnight and may take 2-3 weeks to get to you if you live in the USA, Australia, etc. Also there is no automatic system, each membership card is made with your own unique number, and thus has to be created after you register.
