We've had a heat wave lately... and I haven't been feeling well, haven't been eating, haven't been sleeping, whole body has been bothering me in some way and to some degree, for lack of a better description I'd call it zombie mode.... just kinda lounging around doing as little as possible due to the weather and the toll it's taking on my body. For me, it seems when temperatures reach 85+ degrees and the humidity hit 60%+ along with the dewpoint reaching certain levels I start having problems... Does this sound familiar? Migraines/ headaches increase when the weather 'pressure' increases or decreases especially dramatically.

That's funny - when I arrived today at work, my ( hospitality) manager, asked how I feel- I told her I felt like a zombie and if I could, will pay someone to do my job!

But my appetite is still on...
